K-On! Fans Stole From Sakuragaoka High School

Two teens were arrested after stealing Yui's, Mio's and Azusa's guitars and K-On! figures from a real life model of Sakuragaoka High School.

The perpetrators, both male, broke into the school, which used to be the campus of Toyosato Elementary, in Shiga Prefecture at 1:30 a.m on November 17th last year and stole the guitars, 20 character figures and two cash boxes which contained a few hundred thousand yen (about a few thousand US dollars). Two  days later, an empty cash box was found at a ditch near the school

One of the suspect, who is an unemployed 18-years-old, got arrested in December for stealing cash from the local supermarkets, offices and a couple of other places and while searching his place, they found the goods. It seems like they liked K-On! so much that they wanted the figures.

It looks like fans will go over the limit just to get what they want.
