FFXIII bricks PS3 - Sony and Square Enix Faces Lawsuit
A class action lawsuit, seeking more than $5 million in damages, has been filed against Sony and Square Enix for selling copies of Final Fantasy XIII, claiming that they knowingly sold it despite bricking PlayStation 3 consoles.
This lawsuit, by Daniel Wolf, states that he experienced crash on saving, bricking his console. Furthermore, both companies blamed each other for the failure and didn't offer to cover the cost of repairing the bricked consoles.
Coupled with the PS3 firmware v3.21 lawsuit and now this, Sony have a bleak future ahead of them...
