We all should have guessed it by now, yes, iFixit has ripped apart the not-so-magical new Magic Trackpad. I thought it'll be more sophisticated that this but I was still impressed that everything was squeezed into one small board. It sports a Broadcom BCM2042, which is the same as the Magic Mouse for connectivity and a Broadcom BCM5974 for its multi-touch capabilities. Guide and more pictures at iFixit!
