Norio Imamura, best known for voicing One Piece's Ivankov has been arrested on Monday for posting pictures of his lower body in his blog, to show off his tattoos. The images from the blog has been removed.
He had posted the pictures as he had been getting these tattoos gradually for 10 years, and wanted to show them off since they are completed. The pictures has been on his blog for two months
Imamura also runs Bar Toh in Shinjuku where tattoo enthusiasts gather.
