Apple had just released it's 4th beta of the iPhone OS 4.0. It's only available for registered developers from the Apple Developer Center though. You can download and install it and not brick that iPhone 3GS of yours (hopefully), if you're one of those who prefer bleeding edge technology on their iPhones. Expiry date for beta 4 is on June 15th.
