iPhone 3GS iPhone OS 4.0 Jailbreak
An ex-Apple employee successfully jailbreak the iPhone 3GS with iPhone OS 4.0 Beta by patching some files in the firmware and cooked a custom firmware to restore it with iTunes. This method kept the previous baseband intact. According to him, he did the jailbreak to help motivate developers with their apps ready for 4.0. There are still some problems though like apps crashing when run. We might be able to see an iPad version soon yea?
