A Singaporean woman, 22, was charged with incest, which is supposedly to be pretty rare in Singapore
It was said she willingly had sex with her 46 year old father in April 2008, and the he didn't show up in court despite being called 3 times. The judge issued a warrant for his arrest and ordered the bailor to show cause as to why the bail should not be forfeited.
