Head down to the nearest DVD store if you're in Japan and strike the above pose to a clerk wearing a red Star Driver apron (pictured below) - I dare you!
It's a campaign for the anime Star Driver: Kagayaki no Takuto and by doing the Kiraboshi pose (above) you'll get a wallpaper for your cellphone. The image below will tell you all.
Then again...I'd be too embarrassed to that...
