iOS 4 (previously iPhone OS 4) can now be found at major file-sharing and torrent sites. This Gold Master release of iOS4 don't require a registered UDID and can be restored on Windows. Downside is, it requires iTunes 9.2 Beta which is only available registered developers on the Mac...Still, Apple's security has been very lax lately
